Jessica has 7 years’s NGO experience working in an under-developed, poverty stricken rural area in South Africa. She specializes in the field of social development, human rights, public health and victim empowerment. She has initiated, lead and managed development projects that established two rape, human trafficking and domestic violence survivor crisis and support centres; that delivered community based empowerment and care programs at grassroots level. She has 3 years’ experience on projects that track and monitor trends and activity in the global advocacy sector, focused on environmental, sustainable development, human health, human rights and related socio-economic issues.

Jessica is passionate about empowerment in the context of ever-accelerating trends of global-scale social change, with an insatiable curiosity about how people use new and old technologies to create change for themselves and the world.
